Your work matters.

It matters to the people who you might not be able to see yet. It would matter to them in more ways than you can think of.

No one is going to give you permission to do the work. You can, though, choose to give yourself permission. You can choose to show up as a professional, even if no one cares. Especially if no one cares.

The key here is to remember that the work is not for you, especially not for the critical voice inside your head. It's for those who'd enrol in the journey of their own volition.
