Write it out.
There is no point carrying disturbing thoughts inside your head and going through them again and again. It’s very difficult to resolve these things inside your own head.
One of the ways to resolve things is to write them out in an unfiltered manner. Go into the details and face the ambiguities and fears that surround your thoughts.
The more we take things out of our head and put it on paper, the easier it will become to focus on the things that matter and to take actions that lead to forward motion.
