What it feels like?
One of my favourite chapters in ‘War of Art’ is when Pressfield describes what a writer’s day feel like.
Here’s a glimpse of what he describes:
This is it, I think.
When we think of doing our work, we expect everything to be in place and cosy. It rarely is.
The branches do snap back in your face. And all we can do is to put one foot in front of another and keep climbing.
If we understand that this is how countering Resistance feels like, we are much more likely to overcome it and get started with our work.
