What are you selling?

If you think you are not into sales, maybe you need to think deeply about what you do. At the end, all we are doing is selling.

But, what is it that we are selling?

You may say that you sell a software, or a service, or an experience or a piece of art, but they are all proxies. The person buying from us already has these, she already has a plethora of options where she can get these.

What we are selling is connection, is making the other person feel seen and heard. That's what's rare. That's what's missing. The service, the product, the art are just the prop that allows us to build that connetion.

It's not about the thing. It's about the person.

And connection is priceless.
