One-off events.

A lot of one-off events take a lot of attention because of proximity and the fear of missing out. However, in the long run, they don't matter much.

What they can do though is derail our long term process and interrupt the compounding.

We can make some space to process the emotional challenges that these one-off events might bring.

But, more importantly, we want to continue our practice, as much as possible, as we would have done in the absence of such events.
