Can you time-box it?

It's a trick statement to say, "I am working on it full-time."

What does that mean? Does that mean 40 hours a week? Does that mean more? Or less?

Full-time allows us to get off the hook.

Instead, "I am committing to work on it for 3 deep focus sessions of 90 minutes each at these times every week." puts us on the hook. Either we do it or we don't. We can track, review and improve.

It's always a good idea to time-box projects instead of committing to them full-time.
