The weights we carry.
We get used to the weights we carry.
Many times we find it difficult to remember how we ended up carrying them or to realise exactly how much we are carrying.
It’s only when we let go, when we release these weights, that we realise why we weren’t able to move.
The weights don’t go away on their own. They need change.
Nature resets the nervous system. The sea, the mountains, the forests provide spaces for us to go and rejuvenate.
It bodes well to take that step and find your reset.
