The professional freelancer.

The professional freelancer is strategic.

She knows that although she is the owner, the CEO, the talent and the back end of her business, she respects each of these roles. She doesn't mix them when she shows up to work.

As an owner, she allows the CEO to take charge. She rarely has a say in the day-to-day running of the business and doesn't meddle unnecessarily. She understands that the owner's responsibility is to appoint a CEO (herself) and let her run the show.

As a CEO, she focuses on taking action that leads to growth in revenue and sets up systems that make this effortless.

The CEO hires the best talent (herself) to do the work and takes care of the talent and makes space for her to do her best work.

The CEO also treats the backend persona well. She makes time for her so that she can work without panic and urgency.

She knows that the more she treats her staff (different aspects of herself) well, the better the entire organisation will grow and prosper.

She hires a coach, she sets up a mastermind group, she delegates work that can be delegated, she invests in learning and upskilling.
