The fear of things remaining as they are.

Mostly, we hear about the fear of change, of growth, of new, of taking the leap. But, there's an uncommon fear we don’t hear about a lot: the fear of the usual.  

It's not that professional creatives don't have fear. But for them, the fear of the status quo, the usual, is much stronger than the fear of change. For them, the worst option is that things will remain the same.

The people who fear the usual choose to act. They are adamant about shipping because they know that shipping is the only way we can make change and change is the only way we can make things better.
