The expectation of good.

Whenever we work on any creative project, whether it is a book, a blog, a song, an enterprise, or anything else, the thing that stops us the most is the expectation of making it good.

We start believing that starting it would make sense only when we can ensure that it would be good.

But it never works like that. Almost always, what works is to get started, to ship and to iterate. The more we do that, the better our work becomes.

There is no learning in waiting; all learning happens in the arena.
