Striving to feel stretched.

When we take action to lead, to bring about change, we might end up not feeling good, we would feel the resistance, we would feel like an imposter. These feelings want us to stop taking action.

On the contrary, when we stop creating change, when we do what everyone expects us to do, when we listen to the voice of mediocrity, we don't feel anything.

It's natural to not want to feel like an imposter but that doesn't help anyone.

Instead, we can embrace the resistance just like we embrace the weights in the gym. The pain that we feel help us grow, help us make things better.
