Staying on track.

The challenge is not how to do something out of the ordinary in order to achieve our goals. The challenge is to stay on track. The challenge is to say no, to not get distracted by short-term ups and downs, to not interrupt the compounding.

The outcomes and the reps are far enough that we can't make a direct connection between the two.

You write a blog daily and then one day you are writing your 1000th one. You work out 3 days a week for months and then one day you start looking healthier. You keep showing up with intent as an impresario and then one day the income needle starts moving.

The mistake most people do is that they interrupt the compounding to try and move the needle in the short run.
