Stay with the discomfort.

If you are new to strength training, it can be quite uncomfortable for you to stay in the gym. Not just physically, but emotionally.

The imposter syndome, the self-doubt, the body image, everything will revolt and want you to leave.

But, if you can stay with the discomfort, if you can choose to do 1-2 exercises with minimal weight (the ones you can do), you make way to be able to show up again.

Over time, this discomfort starts fading away, but only if you choose to stay with it.

And, of course, we are not just talking about the gym here.
