Sprints, marathons and walks.

Sprints are tempting. They give the feeling of a lot happening in a short space of time. But sprints don't last. And if we are going a long distance, sprints aren't very useful.

A marathon is not a series of sprints. It's about sustaining yourself until you reach the finish line.

A walk is different. It's the act of putting one step in front of another. The distance we can cover by walking isn't feasible to cover by sprinting.

And all three are better when we do it with others.
