Slowing down time!

Just like ‘a calorie is a calorie’ isn’t true when it comes to food, similarly ‘an hour’ simply isn’t ‘an hour’.

It depends a lot on what we are doing in that hour.

A minute in the plank position seems like eternity and four hours watching Netflix seem like nothing.

When we are engaged in deep work, when we do not give into Resistance, then time slows down.

The days become longer, the weeks become longer.

A good indication that Resistance is dominating our life is that time just seems to fly past by.

It might be a good idea to slow down the time.
