What does v1 look like?

The original iPhone did not have "copy and paste" functionality.

It didn't matter that it might be only have been a few hours work for a software person to put the functionality in. It didn't matter because when we think of a phone, this comes way down the list.

When we think of what the version 1 of our project looks like, we can ask what are the features we are willing to let go of. Especially, we can focus on eliminating the "good to haves" that act like "must haves".

Our project won't be perfect. But if it's a phone, it better be able to make calls. Whether we can "copy and paste" is secondary.
