Self-image is one of the most important determinant of a good life.

Our career, our relationships, our health, all are affected by how we perceive ourselves.

Most of us do not get a chance to work on our self-image proactively. We reactively keep adding to the self-image based on other people’s comments or our own perceived thoughts.

It makes sense to take time out to work on your self image. To clear the clutter and then build a foundation based on your core, based on the non-negotiables in your life.
