Routines and Rituals.

Routines and rituals help us in accessing our deep mind, our intelligent mind, the mind which is curious. In their absence, mostly, the shallow mind takes over, the mind that seeks instant gratification, the mind that runs away from work.

As we set our routines and rituals, there would be days when we would fail to follow them, there would be days where we might not much productive work done.

The only thing that we need to do is to find one action that can get us back to our routines and rituals. When we focus on a single action, it is more likely that we limit one bad day to one only.
