Releasing the stress.
Our body and mind knows how to adapt. When put under stress, we get used to the stress and start adapting to it.
Our nerves go from our brain to the various parts of our body through the spinal cord. When we are tensed, these nerves become tensed. They do their job because they have to.
But most of the times, this stress is not needed anymore. It’s just that we are not taking the time to release it.
Sitting with your eyes closed for 15-20 minutes, listening to calming music (on Spotify or brain.fm) might help you release the stress in your nervous system and become more productive throughout the day.
