Plan to Do less.

This puts us on the hook.

If all we have to do today is a 20 min task, then we can’t possibly have a good reason not to do it.

Making a long to-do list is another form of hiding. We know we are not going to do everything on it, and hence our focus goes to the easy and unimportant.

When you choose one most important task for the day, and refine it so that it can be done in 30 minutes or less, then you start moving on moving uphill rather than downhill.

Consistently doing one important task a day will make you much more effective than planning for 20 every day.
