One thing.

The hard work is to figure out the one thing that you need to get done next.

And, once you figure that out, you can make space for getting that thing done. That space could be a single focus session of 90 minutes, could be multiple sessions of 90 minutes in a day or could be multiple days. Once we figure out what we need to get done and make ample space to get it done, we will ship it and move forward.

Instead, more often than not, we are not willing to commit to the one thing because that puts us on the hook. We dwell in the busy by listing the many things we need to get done and why we can't really choose one out of them. This leads to a lot of motion but a lot less action. We get busy in the joy of business but we miss out on the joy of effectiveness.
