One push-up a day.

Tim Ferriss once asked Matt Mullenweg (Founder, CEO of Automattic (The company that made and runs WordPress) about his workout habits. He replied that his goal is to do one push-up every day. No matter how tired or busy he is, he can get that done. Most days, he gets more done.

So, whatever it is that we want to get started with, can we identify the alternate to the one pushup a day? If it's reading that we want to start, can we start with one line a day? If it's eating healthy, can we start with one meal a day?

The tiniest of actions take us much forward that the most elaborate of plans.
