On your side.
We all have the voice of resistance inside our heads pushing against us, leading to self-sabotage, making us beat ourselves up over things that don't even matter. That voice may or may not have been made more powerful by others who add to the self-doubt and fear.
But, who's speaking from our side? How do we build the courage to present a counter argument? How do we build the skill of being on our side? And also, how do we find the others who would push us forward rather than pull us back?
It won't happen by accident. But it can happen with intention.
