  1. It might not be about you.
  2. You are more effective when you are at peace.
  3. We all make stories to hide our fear.
  4. Dress the way you want to feel.
  5. Remove unnecessary conflict from your life.
  6. Helplessness creates trauma.
  7. It's hard work to spend less every month than you earn. Do the hard work.
  8. Don't play games where you don't have agency.
  9. Attention is the key. Where your attention goes, your time, energy and money goes.
  10. Possibility is a choice.
  11. Affiliation is a powerful force. Find who you want to be like.
  12. Ignore what everyone else is doing. Ignore what everyone else is saying.
  13. To make better decisions, make lesser decisions.
  14. Everyone deserves the agency to do things their way.
  15. Heroes want to be treated like people, not heroes.
  16. When it's aligned it works beautifully. Look at the solar system.
  17. Hustle is overrated. Elegance is underrated.
  18. Direction is more important than speed.
  19. Use a compass before you use a map.
  20. Our actions are driven by the story we tell ourselves.
  21. Effective change starts with identity change.
  22. You will never feel like showing up. You can choose to show up still.
  23. Action changes thoughts and feelings rather than vice versa.
  24. You can't time the market (or anything else for that matter). Start where you are.
  25. Ignore market crashes (or any other crashes). Keep going.
  26. Change the environment to be more creative. Work in the same environment to be more productive.
  27. Build assets. Set up systems. Don't interrupt the compounding.
  28. Meaningful change happens with intention.
  29. Projects are finite. If it doesn't have an end date, it's not a project.
  30. Repetition is the key. We are what we repeat.
  31. Habits start with cues. Be intentional with the cues in your space.
  32. Make ample space for fear.
  33. Everything changes and everything stays the same. We find new ways to fulfill the same wants and needs.
  34. Listen to the body. The nervous system extends across the whole body, not just the brain.
  35. It's hard work to be reliable. But it's worth it.
  36. Start with ONE. One brings focus and effectiveness.
  37. Becoming the person is more important than doing the thing.
  38. Read & listen to the same books again and again.
  39. Useful assets become invisible but they make our life better every day.
  40. Don't oil the squeaky wheel. Replace it.
  41. The good to have interferes with the must have. Eliminate the good to have.
  42. Adults make tradeoffs. Toddlers don't.
  43. You know when you aren't aligned. You just aren't listening.
  44. Build a healthy relationship with your tomorrow self. And your yesterday self.
  45. Leadership is doing what everyone wants to (and can) do but doesn't.
  46. Plans with dates and times work more often than ones without.
  47. Playing safe kills possibility. Enrollment requires risk.
  48. A good story is worth what it costs. Create more stories.

  52. When you seek reassurance, you are running low on self-worth. Find ways to fuel your tank.
