Not selling is akin to stealing.

When we generously design a product or service that can make things better for our smallest viable audience, it is on us to create sufficient tension for them to help them enroll.

This is where sheepish behaviour stops us from showing up as our best selves. We hesitate to sell, to create the conditions for the work to spread.

What we can remember is that if we do not show up, we steal our gift from the people we seek to serve.

By not making things better, we are choosing to make them worse.

We bring value to the world when we market. That’s why people engage with us. If you don’t market the change you’d like to contribute, then you’re stealing.
