No need to rush...

We should strive to eliminate ‘urgent’ from our lives as much as possible. The urges come when we lag behind. If we haven’t had enough water, we feel the urge of thirst. If we haven’t eaten enough, we feel the urge of hunger.

The culture that is based on urges is reactive and not proactive.

Instead, we can breathe, take some time and ensure that the right things get done before they ever become urgent.
