More of the same.
Maintaining the status quo is a busy job. And it can drain us physically, mentally and emotionally.
Changing the status quo on the other hand requires effective action and mostly emotional labour, more than physical or mental labour. It requires us to take our attention away from the things in our proximity that do not align with where we want to go.
If we wait until we have done enough to maintain the status quo, in order to try and bring change, we will be waiting a long time.
