Momentum...

When we go down into ResistanceLand, we keep losing ourselves one action at a time.

We feel we are in control, we feel that we can get back any time.

We do not understand that the journey back is uphill and it is going to take a lot of effort in arresting the slide and getting back to where we were.

Momentum is a big thing and in ResistanceLand, it is acting against us.
