Making space.
If we feel stressed about something in our life, it's very likely that we haven't made enough space for it. There's no time set when we'd sit down and work on it. Once we make that space, once we set that time, we can refer to it every time we feel stressed.
We can say, yes, I feel unhealthy right now, but I will work out in the evening at 7 pm with my friend Callie. That's way different than just feeling bad about being unhealthy.
It takes emotional labour to make that space and it's much more fun if we can enrol a friend in our journey.
