Making growth wait.
When we make ourselves busy with busy work, when we procrastinate and rationalise and don't take the action steps that would lead to growth, we know that no one would come and ask us why we didn't do that.
And since no one will ask, we don't do it or at least choose to delay it.
The most important work is the work that leads to growth, that builds a pipeline of potential clients and potential projects, that creates possibility and connection and opportunity.
This is the work that matters.
The busy work will happen one way or the other.
This won't. Unless we decide otherwise.
