Low battery protocol.
When our phone goes to low battery mode, we become very cautious about how we use it. We avoid the high energy consuming apps and tasks and shift to minimum mode until we can plug it back in. And we know that once it's charged, we can use it again to its full potential.
All this is obvious when it comes to the phone. But what about the brain?
When our brain is tired or low on energy, we end up analysing unnecessary things or making decisions that we end up regretting. We find it difficult to let go and rest or sleep and let it recharge.
Self-awareness can help us treat our brain better and allow us to rejuvenate before we pick up tasks or decisions that require intense effort.
