In or out?

Are you in the gym or are you out?

You can't be in the gym all the time.

If you are in, why are you not doing the reps? If you are out, how does thinking about the reps help you?

More often than not, we spend a lot of time thinking and much less time taking action.

Define your gym. Whether it is related to income or health or learning or your art, and when you are in the gym, get the reps in. And when the hour is over, keep your pen down.

Do this consistently for a few weeks and see the magic happen.
