Getting to the highway.

Getting on track and staying on track are two significantly different challenges.

Sometimes, the track is already there. You have been there earlier. You have some idea. Sometimes, you have to find the track. Sometimes, you might even need to create it.

Getting on track is challenging, for sure. That’s where most of us get stuck. But staying on track is also equally challenging, if not more.

The challenging part of staying on track is “emotions”. It's the voice that wants the short term “lucky” win. It's the part where we feel that we should “sprint” or put everything in.

We need to be aware if we are navigating the city traffic to get to the highway or if we are driving on the highway. And more importantly, is it leading us where we seek to go?
