Getting swayed by emotions.

Getting swayed by emotions is easy. It's what most of us tend to do when we face something uncomfortable, something that doesn't go the way we want it to.

We let the emotions take us off track, to the point where we don't know where the track is any more.

To an extent, we can't control the stimuli, and the emotions they generate. Whenever we interact with other human beings, chances are that we would encounter feelings and emotions we didn't sign up for. We don't get much choice in that.

But what we can choose is to learn to not get swayed by the emotions. We can choose to go back to engaging with possibility and abundance. It's not easy, but it's a practice worth building.

This is hard. Not reacting. Staying on track.
