Getting a flat tyre.

If you get a flat tyre while you are on a road trip, it would make sense to stop the car, fix the tyre and only then continue with your journey.

When we try to keep driving with a flat tyre, we make the situation worse. We delay our journey and we make ourselves miserable.

You didn’t ask for the flat tyre, but that’s where you are at. No amount of wishful thinking can change that.

In our journey as creatives, we will encounter many more flat tyres than a typical road trip. We need to fix them as they appear before we can drive forward.
