The human mind, by default, focusses on what we don't have or where we lost. It doesn't spend much attention on the wins we have earned.

It's good to look forward and focus on what you want next or where you are going towards, but it helps to see that you have come a long way already.

What you have done, where you are now, was at a point something you aspired for. It's not something that should be taken for granted.
