The skill of finishing things.

When we are in a slump, we can feel the inability to get anything done. We plan, we think, we discuss. Sometimes, we even start working on something. But we do not finish.

And this mindset of delaying stuff can take over, pushing us to choose "later" for everything, leading to a state of stress and overwhelm.

The way out is not easy. There's no shortcut. What we need to do is to pick one thing and finish it before we move on to something else. This requires focus and emotional labour.

Irrespective of what the voice inside our head says, we do not leave the seat, we do not change the tab, and we get done with what we are working on.
