A few questions that help...
"What is the one thing I need to do today that I am afraid to do?"
This question brings the spotlight on the thing that's most likely to be procrastinated/avoided.
And once we answer this question, we can choose to make it the only thing to focus on until we are done with it.
Most likely, it won't take as much time to get it done as we think it would.
"What else do I want to ship today?"
This is a follow-up question to the first one.
The focus is on "I", "want", "ship" and "today".
This question cuts through resistance and helps in building a focused "Done for the day" list: a list that if you get it done, you are "done for the day".

"What is stressing me right now?"
This can help reduce the stress levels significantly.
Once you make a comprehensive list of what's stressing you, you can manage those things.
Without writing them down, they just keep playing in your head.
"What are the things open right now that need to be closed?"
This is also a very helpful list to get things out of your head and make things actionable.
Doing this once a week can help in removing a lot of things off your plate consistently.
