Feeling at home.

There are people who make you feel at home. They may be friends or you might be meeting them for the first time. It's the way they interact with you, the warmth they bring with their presence.

Each of us has that opportunity everyday. To make someone feel at home, to make them feel seen and heard. The more we do that, the more we feel at home too.

And it extends to businesses as well. When we make our customers, our employees, our suppliers feel at home, we change the whole game.
