Extremely slowly.

Resistance likes rushing: fast thoughts, high frequency, multi-tasking, shifting from one thing to another without getting anything done.

It doesn't like to slow down.

If you want to write a blog, you can focus on only opening the tab where you write. It may take 10 minutes for you to do that instead of the usual 10 seconds. And that's okay.

If you want to workout, you can focus on wearing your workout clothes and lying down on the floor. It may take 30 minutes instead of the usual 5. And that's okay, too.

When we are coming back to our good habits, or building new ones, it's very helpful to slow things down.

The slower, the better.
