Experiment.

Life gets better when we experiment.

When we try something out and see if it works.

A 5-year old experiments all the time, with the snacks they eat or the toys they love.

As we grow old, more often than not, we lose this knack of experimenting. We become comfortable with what we know.

When we hear something new, instead of saying ‘I don’t do that’, we can instead say ‘Let me try that out. Maybe it might work.’

PS. One of the experiments I did in the last 2 months was not to drink coffee. I have been an avid coffee drinker for years, but after reading ‘Why we sleep?’ by Matthew Walker, I wanted to try and see what not having caffeine in my body will do. One of the good outcomes of this experiment is that I have been naturally sleeping 8 hours or more every night. I will write more on this experiment in a separate blog if you want to know more.
