Everything is impossible until it's done.

Everything worth doing, at least.

The industrial era created a culture based on seeking certainty rather than exploring possibility. It created fear and scarcity as tools to increase compliance and it created an ecosystem which made it a norm to hide.

But now, the hollowness of the system based on the greed of the few is out.

Now, we are seeking leaders who take initiative and get things done rather than people who seek instructions at every step.

This requires us to overcome the imposter syndrome because no one is going to give us permission to make things better, no one is going to give us reassurance and there is no certainty when it comes to leadership.

Instead, what we have is the ability to make assertions, test hypotheses and move forward.

PS. I would like to invite you to an open workshop on "Overcoming self-doubt & Imposter syndrome". The workshop would include lessons from Seth Godin & Steven Pressfield on how to turn pro. I hope you can join the workshop.

Also, please share the workshop link with someone who can benefit from the workshop. Thank you.
