Embracing who you are.

J. Krishnamurthi talked about the concept of ‘what is’ and ‘what should be’.

The ‘what should be’ interferes with how we feel about ourselves.

It creates a barrier between who we are and some imaginary supposedly perfect version of ourselves.

Yes, we want to become better.

But that is much easier and effective to do when we embrace ‘what is’ rather than being obsessed with ‘what should be’.
