Earning trust.
Whether it's about getting a new client, making a new friend or finding a romantic partner, it all comes down to earning trust.
But, how do we do that?
There are three things that lead to earning trust: deep, authentic, and emotionally resonant interactions, how frequent these interactions are, and the familiarity that builds through them over time.
The best way to build trust is a face-to-face conversation. Our bodies have evolved to perceive who we can trust or not when we meet them in person. The more we are able to do that, the deeper the bonds of trust we make.
