It starts with choosing the people who would benefit from what you are offering and building your presence in the community to earn trust and permission.
It's tempting to focus on frills like making a fancy website or setting up automated funnels or building a presence on social media but they distract us from the important work, the hard work.
The hard part is hard because it changes the status quo and it involves the possibility of getting rejected. But the more we delay the hard work, the farther we get from creating any change.
