“Let me just go and get done with that thing first. It will only take a minute. After that, I’ll definitely sit down and do the work.”

What we don’t understand is that it takes a lot of mental hard work for us to be in the position where we can do our work. To be sitting in the chair and working on the email that is to be sent.

We have the enemy gasping for air. It’s time to get the job done.

It’s almost like a peak being captured by an army. They won’t leave the peak for a leisurely stroll down the mountain.

We need to learn to appreciate this. We can’t compromise our position. It’s time to go for the kill.
