Design changes.

It’s easy to blame ourselves for not changing our habits or our actions.

If we are empathetic to ourselves, we would understand that our habits would not change unless me make some design changes.

If you want to drink more water, keep a bottle full of water within your hand’s reach while working and add to the tally on the post-its each time you finish it.

If you want to follow a diet, start by ordering the right grocery and not ordering the wrong stuff. Delete the app from which you order unhealthy food.

If you want to workout more, create a space where you workout and ensure your clothes, shoes, etc. are ready.

Small design changes can go a long way in making big habit changes.
