Creating conscious boundaries.
Technology allows us to access all kinds of information in all kinds of places, whether it is work documents, zoom calls or slack messages.
This creates an "always on" mindset which drains our faculties and doesn't allow us to create open spaces for rejuvenation and creativity.
What we need to do is to create conscious constraints and boundaries which can include the physical space where we do certain things, or the devices we use to do them or the time that we do them at.
It's not going to happen in one go, but one by one, we can learn to create a mindful structure that works for us.
