Changing the story.

We tell stories about ourselves. And we keep repeating those stories.

"I am not a runner."

"I am not good with money."

"I always do this."

If your story is that you are not a runner, you will never go for a run. And you get to keep that story forever. But if you start going for a run 3 days a week, your story will change. You can no longer say that you are not a runner.

If we don't change the story we tell about ourselves, we will keep repeating what we have always done.
