Change happens through action.

Whether it is about getting into a better shape or finding someone you would like to date or improving your income, everything is about creating change.

Change is scary and there is a tendency to procrastinate when we seek to make change. Plans and discussions often give an illusion of making change, while continuing to maintain the status quo.

The only way change happens is through action, effective action. And the biggest hurdle to effective action is emotions. The challenge for the change maker is to mindfully navigate the emotions to ensure that effective action is taken, not once, but again and again, with consistency and intent.
